I prepare a written training proposal covering session format, frequency, number of employees, pricing, and scope. Once approved, everything is confirmed and the program is scheduled.
Employees complete a short English level assessment. Based on the results, I form balanced groups for group classes — or schedule individual sessions for employees with distinct needs or seniority levels.
Sessions run on the agreed schedule. After every class, employees receive AI-generated notes and a full session summary. You receive periodic feedback reports showing attendance, topics covered, and individual progress.
